4.3. Services Provision and Fulfilling Contractual Obligations

We may disclose your personal information to our sister company Connect Solutions Ltd., Zurich, which is the developer of our platform, as well as to others, such as partners and subcontractors in the context of providing our services in order to fulfill our contractual obligations as well as to the offering of services, however always ensuring the confidentiality of the personally identifiable data.

5. Security

We always use our very best efforts to protect our offerings and your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or destruction and only use up to date SSL secured communications when transmitting data over our systems. Any access to personal data will be strictly confined to such employees and contractors who absolutely need to know the respective data in order to process them on our behalf and who are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and face severe consequences in case they fail to compliant with such terms.

6. Usage of Analysis and Tracking Tools

6.1. Tracking-Tools

We use the tracking tools listed hereinafter to ensure an efficient design and a continuous optimization of our website, to better serve your needs.

We also use the tracking tools with a view to statistically measure the use of our website and to analyze such use to enable us to provide an optimized website and to provide you with relevant and personalised offerings of our services and offerings. b) Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use web analysis and market analysis software for the statistical evaluation and for the optimization of our website, we also use Google Ads Conversion Tracking. As part of Google AdWords, we use so called conversion tracking. If you get to our website, by clicking on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. These cookies expire after 14 months and are not used for personal identification of the user. Should the user visit certain pages of the AdWords advertiser website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the AdWords advertiser can tell that the user clicked on the ad and proceeded to that page.

Each Google Ads advertiser has a different cookie. Thus, Cookies cannot be tracked using the website of an Ads advertiser. The SCA website uses “fusedeck” a tracking solution provided by Capture Media AG. Capture Media AG is a Swiss company based in Zurich which, on behalf of its customers, measures website usage in the context of engagements and events. Tracking is anonymous so that it is impossible to attribute any information gained to any identified or identifiable persons.

7. Social Media Plug-ins

Our website uses social media functions (plugins) of Twitter and Linkedin to increase the awareness about our company. You can access the privacy policies of the respective providers to ensure a data protection compliant use of these plugins as listed below.

8. Retention of Personal Data

For new users of SCA services the then actual Data Privacy Policy shall be applicable automatically when published and posted on our website.
